Governor Perry flanked by border sheriffs and border lawmakers signed the compromise Border Security Bill. The Texas governor stopped at the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Department office in Edinburg in the Rio Grande Valley for the bill signing. The Associated Press and The Monitor have the story.
